Deceiving and unprofessional Do not do business with Billion! Internet Sales Manager, Nate Russell, was very unprofessional throughout the purchasing process. He regularly expr Do not do business with Billion! Internet Sales Manager, Nate Russell, was very unprofessional throughout the purchasing process. He regularly expressed that he had my best interest at heart, but was in reality misleading and deceiving. When negotiating, he misquoted the mileage and quality of multiple cars in order to make the offer sound better than it was. When I called his bluff, he ignored me. He seemed so determined to make the sale that when I asked honest questions about discrepancies that didn't make sense, he kept playing the "look, you don't understand, I promise I'm giving you the best possible deal" card without answering my questions. Additionally, he and his salesman misled me on the financing terms so I had to pay $165 more than expected. Which isn't a huge deal, and could be an honest mistake, but when I emailed and called to resolve the issue, Nate would not answer the phone and didn't return my multiple calls for 3 weeks. He finally agreed to pay $100 dollars for having misled me but then spent 10 minutes arguing over why he wouldn't repay the extra $65 (because he said he was already doing me a big enough favor). He said he would send the check the next morning, but didn't send it for 2 weeks (after more calling and texting from me). Overall a very negative experience with Nate. Because of him and this experience I will not be returning to Billion for any future business and will warn others to do the same. I wouldn't have purchased the car were it not for salesman Roy Adams who went the extra mile to deliver the car and make sure I was taken care of. Despite the problems he contributed to, xxxxxxto Roy for his customer service. More
