When I leave my car off on the morning, I usually have a call back within a few hours and can count on having it ready when I need to pick it up. Only on a few occasions, has the wait been a little longer, but the waiting area is a great place to hang out and catch up on email, etc. They are thorough, straightforward and know how important your car is to you. Bullied into buying a car? No thank you. We had a terrible experience here. Our salesperson, Dylan, was friendly enough during the test drives, but once we started talking numbers, he turned We had a terrible experience here. Our salesperson, Dylan, was friendly enough during the test drives, but once we started talking numbers, he turned into a bully. He was extremely pushy and almost forceful. His body language and tone of voice were very aggressive. We were very uncomfortable and felt like we weren't allowed to leave until we bought from them. He went to his manager multiple times asking for a new price even after we said we had to think about it. After finally leaving, he continued to harass us by texting us for days after. We ended up going literally right across the street and buying a car from a different dealer. There are so many car dealers in the Iowa City area, please don't support Billion Honda, they will harass you and make you feel little, simply for having a budget. I will never return here, and I will recommend people avoid this place. More

Lies and ripoffs I bought a used Mercedes from them. The ad said it had Air Suspension. It did not. I didn't notice until I had it a couple weeks and had time to lo I bought a used Mercedes from them. The ad said it had Air Suspension. It did not. I didn't notice until I had it a couple weeks and had time to look at the manual. I stopped and and mentioned this, and the fact there was no jack or air compressor in the tool kit. Billion claimed they had no liability because a 3rd party writes their on-line ads. Apparently, they don't understand business liability. They offered to buy the car back. Since I traded and didn't see any options for replacing it, I said no. I asked that they do something else to make up for it. They would only offer to let me buy tires from them for their cost and to mount and balance for free. They went back on mounting and balancing. They claimed their cost was only $27 cheaper than retail. I can't believe that. So, why did they sell a car with bald tires in the first place. I guess they don't understand false advertising or making a customer happy. More
