Austin Heinz was a great sales person to deal with. Unfortunately the new car manager pulled a bait and switch that was caught during the closing. Your greed is short sighted and the Cedar Rapids Honda dealer was happy to see me the exact same car with a deal that swung in my favor a considerable amount. Take me off your mailing lists. We recently had a very bad experience and this was our 3rd time dealing with Billion; first, we agreed on a car (used but we had wanted new) that we were happy with but the payment was quite a bit higher 3rd time dealing with Billion; first, we agreed on a car (used but we had wanted new) that we were happy with but the payment was quite a bit higher than what were were hoping for. We were told the deal was good to go, signed agreement, but with it being end of the day on Saturday they could not get everything done with paperwork in time so we should just drive home and return Monday to finalize the deal and they would call us to let us know what time to get there Monday. We insisted on driving our own car home and going back Monday, but they told us the deal was good, it was our car, and not to worry about anything. Monday came and no one ever called, finally about 1pm, we called the dealer and they said that the bank would not agree to the loan because the "loan to value" was too much, so they were asking too much for the used vehicle and they wanted $5000 down to get the deal to work (original deal was $0 down) they refused at this point to take less for the car to make the deal work. When we refused, they tried to force us into a car we didn't want with an even higher monthly payment. Very poor customer service, we had to wait several hours and then no one even called, meanwhile we live just over an hour away from this dealer. We walked out and drove our original car home. We ended up going to Zimmerman Honda in Moline Illinois to purchase a brand new version of the car we really wanted for less money...better deal all around (please check out my review for them!) On a side note, we were notified by the other dealer that our trade in we had bought from Billion 5 years ago had been in a wreck (not salvage), which we were never notified of when we purchased it from Billion originally. We will never purchase another vehicle from Billion. More

He took us on drive different Vehicle than what we asked for. He took five hours to generate multiple estimates and always insisting on signing the different papers and one of the papers was a nonrefundable Deposit form, which he stacked in between and tricked us into signing and it was a debt trap. Please do not go to this dealer you will be trapped. They cheat and we lost money for no reason. I will never and ever buy any Vehicle from them in my life. I Want every new customer to be aware and do not sign on any paper. I will never and ever go back to Billion Honda. The salesman and Sales manager are very rude. I wish they should incur personal loss similar way they put us through. Please don’t do business with them. More

Recall service visit I had an appt for a recall software update. When I walked in the service area, the man sitting closest to show room door (older person with glasses) w I had an appt for a recall software update. When I walked in the service area, the man sitting closest to show room door (older person with glasses) was the only one available to help, but he was texting and said (without even looking at me) that he would “be with me in a minute.”. I waited for a couple minutes while he continued to text. It was rude and unprofessional. I almost went to the front desk to ask for a manager! Luckily a nice man (with a beard) came in to help me and was very pleasant and efficient. Car was done in time frame promised. More

Cabin replacement filter the service representative was quick to give service, he failed to warn me that the problem was not solved! Hard to understand where numbers were coming from. Should've walked away but they played the quintessential waiting game until we were worn out and ready to give in. Left feeling taken advantage of but like it was our own fault. Combination of buying experience and follow-up service experience makes me want to never go back, but am stuck with ValPro service contract that had to be done at Billion. Wish I never had to deal with them again. More
