Tyler Coon was the manager that we worked with and he was straight forward and right to the point, no back and forth game. I really appreciate their service and their explanation of the whole process since it was the first time I ever leased a car. When I did I was told that my salesperson was busy . He pointed to my new car out front handed me a key and let me leave. I felt like I was really nothing not even happy to have a new car. The next day I talked with rick my salesperson and questioned only getting one Key for my car, he said you purchased a used car with no extra key. Who sells a car with just one Key! Not even a thank-you after the sell. More

I was greated by a nice gentleman. I explained the problem which I had already diagnosed through extensive research on our automatic door. I believe the latch actuator is the problem, supported by many Odyssey owners consistently. He then asked me if I knew about their diagnostic charge, which I said no. When I set up the appointment online, of course that was not disclosed. He said it would most likely be $100 plus the cost to then repair what they found. That's a terrible start. I can understand charging a fee if I get a diagnosis and run, but to then use them to repair the job is unacceptable. We'll see what they come back with...initial impression is a rip off. If I'm wrong, I will come back and correct this review. More

Billion provided a CORRECT diagnosis in less than 30 minutes and in the end it cost me less than 20% of what Randy Kuehl planned to charge me (for the wrong repair, no less). For service needs, DO NOT go anywhere near Randy Kuehl and it's dungeon of a waiting room. Stick with Billion for a modern, no-hassle service experience. More

Tyson did not follow through and cashed the check 3 days early, knowing full well I did not have the money until then and wreaked havoc on my bank account causing a hardship on my family purposefully. I let Lisa know. She said she would have her mgr look into this, along with papers owed to me by Torrie who handles the paperwork, as the car was advertised as a Certified car and I was not given the papers. No Carfax was given either. Emailed Honda two days after speaking with Lisa, since I had still heard nothing. It's now been 5 days and still not a peep. It is apparent that Billion is hiding in shame due to their gross negligence and lies because car dealers jump on customers any other time. It's disgusting how they've unprofessional treated me and they do not deserve a favorable review until they are willing to make amends. If Billion had any decency they would do the right thing and be a respectable place of business rather than a greedy shameless liars. More
