Dishonest Sales I recently went in to Billion Honda to purchase an SUV. I did my homework, and knew exactly what I should pay for the vehicle based on prices from loc I recently went in to Billion Honda to purchase an SUV. I did my homework, and knew exactly what I should pay for the vehicle based on prices from local Iowa dealers. Billion was able to match pricing for the SUV, but they wanted to give me $5,500 LESS than what my trade in was worth. The offer for my trade was so low, there was no use doing business with these people. Do your homework and you won't get ripped off by Billion Honda. I believe these people are dishonest and out to cheat Iowa city customers. I went to Smart Honda in Des Moines and they gave me market value for my trade, and sold me our SUV for the best price.
