Billion Chevrolet of Dell Rapids

Went with Billion thinking they were a reputable dealer, their other locations may be, but definitely not the Dell Rapids... They weren't even willing to look at it....I was told to go to Vern Eide to get it fixed... which I did, and will continue to do if need another new vehicle. More

bought a car from billions dell rapids a year ago brought back so they could look into a shifting issue. a couple days later. they claimed nothing was wrong now im selling so i brought to mechanic since i do back so they could look into a shifting issue. a couple days later. they claimed nothing was wrong now im selling so i brought to mechanic since i dont want to sell a car with issues cause im not a conscious. anyway got the issue back today and it will cost about 2000 dollars since buying a year ago i put on 2000 miles just used in town. i will never recommend people to buy used from billions dell rapids. thanks again for another xxxxty car buying experience.. i have bought almost every vehicle from billion and almost always regret it... also was supposed to get floormats and never got those either More

The customer is always wrong here. I was given a loaner vehicle that was not supposed to go to me apparently...That was my fault... and they needed it back and had no replacem I was given a loaner vehicle that was not supposed to go to me apparently...That was my fault... and they needed it back and had no replacement. I have no way to work if that is the case. They weren't worried about getting my truck fixed. They just needed that loaner back and all they were worried about. Every single person I talked to in there was rude. I finally had enough and ask the manager on the phone if it was my fault they f**ked up and he hung up on me. I was very respectful until that point. They weren't going to do anything to help me at that point anyway. Terrible customer service. Mangers, Salesman and Mechanics all rude. The majority of reviews say the same thing, so I am not really adding anything. It is the same song and dance. Just really bad service. I have no idea how they sell anything. I wish I would of read the reviews before I went here... Edit: The also told me I needed just a new oil pressure sensor. (Shane) However, I needed a new pump as well. The oil pressure was fine when started, but when it got to temp it was lower than normal. They let take my truck back thinking it was just a sensor. Pretty shady business that was just mad I bought my truck from Woodhouse instead of Billion. I had just bought the truck. Woodhouse ended up picking up the truck and taking care of it all. More

Outstanding Scot was very pleasant to work with and was honest about the car and the management did work with us on price reduction because rpm gage didn't work a Scot was very pleasant to work with and was honest about the car and the management did work with us on price reduction because rpm gage didn't work and front tires were bald. Over all the car was in good shape engine sounds good and car was clean. For the price the car was the best we could find in over a 250 mile radius!
