After about an hour into the two hour wait he informed me that he had a cancellation and would running my Tahoe in for the oil change in. I appreciate his up front honesty and that he worked to get the Tahoe in earlier. Good Job and Keep it UP. What I would like to see though is that Billion Motors would take me OFF the e-mail list for all the sales that you have going on in all the brands. If you haven't figured it out yet I keep my vehicle for a very long time in good working condition and trade them in when I am ready NOT when you want me to. Revise Rating I did a survey yesterday, and only gave them 1 1/2 stars. I am a computer dummy who only thought my concerns went to Billion itself. My salesman, Ray, was awesome and all of the people at Billion Chevorlet were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a problem with some paper work I was upset about, but today, Mr. Randy got it all worked out. I truly would recommend this dealership for your next vehicle. I actually remembered I bought my very first new car from Billion Olds when it was located, I think, at 37th and Minnesota. Here I am again 33 years later, so yes they are great!! My dad bought almost all of his vehicles there also, all those many years ago. Thanks guys. More
