We knew how much our vehicle was worth and thank god my wife stood her ground. They first offered us $26,000 for our trade in and after an hour of deliberation, we finally got what it truly is worth. You could have saved a lot of time if you would have given us a good value right away instead of trying to low-ball us. More

RARE FIND: Refreshingly honest and fair dealership I had looked at dozens of vehicles either privately or at dealerships and was shocked at how bad people would miss represent vehicles. I admit I was I had looked at dozens of vehicles either privately or at dealerships and was shocked at how bad people would miss represent vehicles. I admit I was being picky in my search, I wanted a five or six-year-old vehicle in near perfect condition and literally drove thousands of miles to find it. I thought when dealing with new factory dealerships a high level of integrity would be standard, wrong!! (Red Wind Chevrolet in Red Wing Minnesota was the absolute worst) I believe these dealerships thought if you invested the time to drive very far to see them that you would make a purchase regardless of the condition of the vehicle which became very upsetting to say the least. I contacted Billion Chevrolet about a vehicle on their website, it wasn't perfect but they did perfectly represent the condition of what they were selling. Travis was my salesman and he returned calls promptly, made the vehicle available to be seen after hours and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied and the transaction was seamless. More
