Convenient and Quick Called last minute to see if could get a vehicle purchased in to have it looked at. They did get it in the following morning which was great. Meanwhile when Equinox was at the shop, we called to see if we could have a key cut as when purchased the vehicle, we never got a spare key. The lady at the front desk (or whoever answers the phones) said she would try to "schedule" a time to have a key cut; eventually she called back and left a message that she couldn't schedule a time to get it done. (Never heard of scheduling an appointment to cut a key). We did go pick up the vehicle. We asked the gentleman in the garage (2nd team color from the front - don't remember color) if he could cut a key since we never got one when purchased the vehicle. He said, "Sure" and had us wait a short while for the new key. It was much appreciated and very good service. Glad to have a spare key just in case. More
