Oil change takes 3.5 hours We scheduled an appt for a basic oil change and it turned into a 3.5 hour wait for our car there was no communication as to why the wait or anything We scheduled an appt for a basic oil change and it turned into a 3.5 hour wait for our car there was no communication as to why the wait or anything all they were interested in was to sell us a new battery and we didn’t need a battery which is crazy on a new car they said all was ok when they did a check of the car funny that they marked all ok when our back wiper blade was hanging down and clearly needed replaced. So that tells me that they truly did not look our car over. Still had to pay for the oil change after complaining to the person for such a long wait which is not right customer service at this dealer SUCKS!!! More
