I took my salesmans word and the checklist he showed me as gospel. Come to find out I am not sure how truthful it was. Tailgate didn't work, spare tire hitch didn't work (they are fixing) and sold me a truck with 7% oil left. I think they just sell you the car as it was traded. But my fault for not checking into it more. Salesmen was real nice and the haggling process was quick. More

I'm not a trusting guy but lets just say I'm very comfortable with Ben . I met Justin Swartzendruber accessories sales manager .....Wow what a guy you have here! Justin seems to have ....I really mean "has"exceptional people skills . He knows his products and knows how to please the customer. Does his job and lets you know just by his demeanor.....it will be done right. I got around Billion Auto very quickly and every encounter was very pleasant. Ryan finance rep. The big smile guy ....thanks for handeling my mistake with vehicle titles and getting us set up to purchase! I talked to Mike in parts dept. very helpful and was willing to answer my questions in full . I walked out in the service area and was greeted promptly by a man I don't even know his name but he was a service tech or service manager ..... yup you should know by now ..... i had questions and this time concerns. He let me ramble on and then answered my questions and made me feel secure in the answers he gave me. Dang-it even the young lady with blonde hair {didn't catch her name} working at the Parts-Service desk was pleasant. To sum it all up: I'm extremely pleased ! Thanks a Billion! More

Poor customer service after purchase Bought a new truck from your dealership on Wednesday, noticed today that the price was not what was originally agreed on . Called the dealership to complain and find out what was going on and was treated very rude and still pissed off because nothing was done about it. I traded my old Impala in for a newer used Malibu. I love my little blue car and it cruises through the snow and ice just fine. I realize that may have more to do with the tires than the car but nonetheless, my little blue car and it cruises through the snow and ice just fine. I didn't have any troubles making the trade and I also checked other online prices so I had a pretty good idea of what it was going to cost me. I visited this Dealer with the intentions to shop for the best price and I was given a very good price on a GMC Truck at Billion GMC, then visited McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac in Hiawatha and found that they w best price and I was given a very good price on a GMC Truck at Billion GMC, then visited McGrath Buick GMC Cadillac in Hiawatha and found that they were about $3,500 higher on their price. In short Billion had better service and was Very Friendly. I would recommend anyone to this dealership with the experience that I had. John More
