Poor Service, poor follow through Bought a used vehicle from dealership, salesman was pleasant at deal however when I called to follow up as we purchased additional features his behavi Bought a used vehicle from dealership, salesman was pleasant at deal however when I called to follow up as we purchased additional features his behavior was unacceptable and very rude. He stated that he felt we should just return the car as we were obv. unhappy with the deal even though he got us the best deal possible. He stated numerous times my concerns were just nits and not that big of a deal. I feel they are only concerned about the sale and don't care about the retention. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership. More
