I must say, from the 1st time I stepped into the showroom and until I left, I was treated like they truly wanted to do everything possible to make my experience as enjoyable as possible. All the sales staff, even the sales people that wasn't working with me were polite and courteous. I used to compare "going through the process of buying a vehicle" about as much fun as going to the dentist, but I must say, Billion has really turned that experience around. I have now purchased (3) vehicles in town, which I would NEVER think would be possible. I bought my truck from Warren, which in my opinion, it was the most pleasant experience in buying a vehicle I have ever had. All the staff - Financial, Sales, Tech Expert, and even the General Manager all seemed genuine and really helpful in making my experience as pleasant as it was.
