Found the Exact Car and Went Above and Beyond I was dealing on the exact car I wanted at another dealership two hours away (2017 Camaro 2LT - Krypton Green). After feeling like I wasn't getting a I was dealing on the exact car I wanted at another dealership two hours away (2017 Camaro 2LT - Krypton Green). After feeling like I wasn't getting a fair deal, I drove to Billion Chevy which is about 25 miles from where I live. I knew they didn't have the car I wanted, but thought I'd go talk to them. They were very respectful that I was dealing with another dealership that had the car, but said they'd be willing to find me another one, and asked if I'd give them a chance to put a quote together, along with my trade-in. What was amazing to me is they found a car on-line within 15 minutes and printed me the supplier pricing and dealer invoice of it. They new I had a supplier pricing discount through my employer. I drove away not asking for a price quote, because I wasn't sure I wanted to go through the hassle of them having to find one, etc. After thinking about it, the next day I asked them if they would put a price quote together and they wanted to see my trade-in again, so I drove down. In about 20 minutes, they looked at my car and put a price quote together and it was $2,500 less than the other dealership for the same car. They let me walk out without making a decision and told me to let them know in the next week if I wanted them to pursue finding a car - absolutely NO PRESSURE. So a few days later I decided to have them go search for the car. They found it at a different dealer about 2 hours away and the deal got down. We also made revisions to the car like adding a different spoiler, decals, power lumbar, window tinting, etc and they were very patient with my requests and made sure everything met my approval. From the sales staff to the service personnel, this was truly a great experience, which is not a normal thing to say when buying a car. More
