Emergency Alignment I had an alignment done on my 2009 Chevy Traverse by a Chevy dealer in Akron, OH about 4-5 weeks before a trip out to Iowa. I had only put about 150 I had an alignment done on my 2009 Chevy Traverse by a Chevy dealer in Akron, OH about 4-5 weeks before a trip out to Iowa. I had only put about 1500 miles on the car since the 4 wheel alignment, but when i got to Iowa the rear tires were severely out of alignment. Billion Chevy got me in an out on a Saturday afternoon and saved me since i was heading back to Ohio Sunday morning. I'm not sure if the Traverse should have gone out of alignment that fast, but I'm very thankful Billion handled it for me.in such a timely manner. I wouldn't even consider it a complaint, but i wish the alignment report indicated the before numbers as well as the after numbers. And I did inquire through email on the report findings, but did not receive a response back. But seriosuly, they did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend them. More
