The salesperson Joe was really great. He was so kind and took his time explaining everything. My problem is with Joe's manager, who was so unprofessional and profane. He cursed repeatedly at Joe using the F-word in the middle of the dealership and yelling extraordinarily loudly about absolute nonsense. Joe did nothing wrong! The old guy (Frank, I believe) was just awful! I got so flustered. I almost backed out of the deal because the guy was so horrible to Joe, but I didn't want to affect Joe. If that man is a manager, he needs to be fired! He was the least professional man I've ever met in a car dealership. Five-stars for Joe, but zero for that Frank guy. Billion, you need to fire Frank asap!!! I'm telling people not to go there More
Dishonest and sneaky. I was told their valpro and filmpro protection plan was REQUIRED by Kia. $3500 plus tax. I called Kia and they do not require any optional warranties be purchased. After installing the “wrap” on my car I complained. It was a piece of clear plastic on half the hood and fenders. It looks terrible! I asked for it to be removed and for a complete refund. The manager said he required it and he would remove the wrap and void the warranty, but will NOT refund my money. Forced warranty and must accept substandard work and products?? I don’t think so. I suppose this will go to court. More
I bought my first Kia there in 2013. Had excellent service but bought my second Kia in 2020 and have regretted it ever since. Told me they were selling me a type s but it turned out to be an lx (difference is safety features that are not visible). they left the body type blank on the contract. I was told we'd do a walkaround checklist when they delivered it but that didn't happen. also found my supposedly new car had hail damage, 550 miles and other signs of previous use. I am disabled and unable to do a quick inspection... Calls to sales mgr. Lucas Legrand have been unanswered and msgs not returned. Talked repeatedly to salesman Matthew Dirks whose only response was that he would have Lucas call me which hasn't happened. This is day 3. I will update after i hear from my attorney and/or billion. More

Come to find out that someone else was interested in the car too and so they were not even trying to make a deal with us. This is the worst dealership I’ve ever been too and wouldn’t recommend it if you want a good deal and to actually get a vehicle. They were trying to sell it right underneath us. More

We drove from Des Moines to test drive the vehicle, did not feel this was the vehicle for us. Kaitlyn, suggested another one, but that did not work out either. We saw another vehicle and ended up purchasing that one. Kaitlyn went above and beyond to get us in the right vehicle. She also returned the rental car for us on Monday morning. More
