IF YOU ARE HERE TO FOR ADVICE AS TO GO WITH BILLION DODGE SERVICE BOZEMAN**DO NOT !!!** This has become very personal for us and our wish is to protect others from our COSTLY experience!! . Seems Bi DODGE SERVICE BOZEMAN**DO NOT !!!** This has become very personal for us and our wish is to protect others from our COSTLY experience!! . Seems Billion Dodge Bozeman needs some accountability for poor service, communication and lack of ANY timeframe,. A month and still no fix for a 2010 DODGE RAM, ignition switch and heater zone actuator Most definitely the worst amount of communication possible, first coming in non-personal texting and although now being contacted personally, no timeframe given or apology of any kind for the fact we have been having to deal with not having our vehicle for a month.(AND COUNTING) It does us no good to respond here, however on the outside chance this could be forwarded to an individual who can compensate us for our personal hardships being without transportation and having to burden others because of Billion Bozeman’s lack of care!! Never having felt strongly enough to badly review a product or service before, will be quite clear, Putting out as much effort as possible to protect anyone and all from the bad experience costs and difficulties BILLION DODGE BOZEMAN has created. ZERO STARS UNFORTUNATELY ARE NOT AN OPTION More

I've dropped my truck off with them (for a scheduled appointment) just to get told they don't have time to get to it. Or have them call me and cancel all together. It took 4 appointments and 6 months to get a recall fixed on my tailgate latch. I could have replaced my self in less than an hour. The truck needs a REQUIRED software update. I got told that it could wipe my stereo and that if that happened, I'd have to buy a new fir 1500+$. This is my home town dealership. Just because I don't buy a new truck every year or walk through their doors with a million in hand. Mu business is not good enough for them.. I can't count on them to even change the oil right. It would be easier to go out if town to some other dealership. More
I have to say I have never felt like I have worked with a slimy car dealer until my experience here. First off I bought a brand new 22 Dodge Ram with just 12 miles. When I talked with the salesman I asked th slimy car dealer until my experience here. First off I bought a brand new 22 Dodge Ram with just 12 miles. When I talked with the salesman I asked three questions. The difference between gas milage the truck and my CRV. That I had not owned a truck and heard rumors but I wanted to know. The salesman said there was any noticeable difference, it would just be slightly less. over 10 per gallon less seems more then noticeable it seems significant. Second I asked about the difference between 2wd and 4wd that I was accustom to. The response was that it was better gas mileage in 2wd and that there would be a difference in mud or snow. He did not mention that the truck has heavy jerking action that actually causes pain anytime you start a forward motion in 2wd. The third question I asked about was the fishtailing that i have seen truck do. I asked if that was an issue I had to deal with the truck and how do I avoid it. the response was that trucks only fish tail if you hit the gas to fast, and that the truck had technology that prevented fishtailing. But I have notice that the truck slides when ever the back in is empty on ice no matter how slow I am going. The salesman also sold me insurance that was suppose to cover everything that go damage on the truck regardless of cause (when used with regular car insurance.) Which would be great if that was the case, but what ends up happening when something comes up I hear it is not covered. And finally I bought an expensive cover for the back of the truck based of their recommendation based off my needs. once it was installed the tailgate wouldn't close properly. I have brought it in several times and they say they reset it and come up with how the last person who assisted me didn't do this or that. Pass the Buck stuff. but almost immediately the tailgate stops latching making the back up assist not work. The honesty of Billion's employees is all Billions responsibility. Since I have bought the truck in dec 21, I have spent more time in the shop with faulty parts and repairs then I have spent in the shop over the last ten years with my CRV. There is either no offer of rental cars, the one time I pressed the issue that I needed transportation and I expected them to do something about it. they offered only $45 a day and demanded I pay the taxes and fees and anything over that. The rental cars are $100 a day. The servicemen make me feel as if I should have two cars in a single driver household, in order to accommodated for a brand new car not working properly, or that it is some how not ok that I have to work, and pick up kids with my one and only vehicle. At this point I feel like I was scammed for a sale and cheated on the insurance. And that Billion does not stand behind their product. I heard how great a company this was and how they cared about their clients but I do not feel the love. More
Lincoln Smith, Joe lemon and unfortunately I have not been able to get the name of the others involved in this transaction with a replacement vehicle from Chrysler corporation. They directly lied to me a been able to get the name of the others involved in this transaction with a replacement vehicle from Chrysler corporation. They directly lied to me and deceived me and as of the writing of this review it has been determined that they intentionally and fraudulently played with the numbers of the loan to make the dealership an additional $2000 plus. Chrysler Corporate Is stepping in to make things right but it just goes to show that's what it takes as the dealership will do whatever it takes to achieve their goal of making money regardless of the lies and deception that they have to perform. Buying a vehicle from Billion was one of the biggest mistakes I could have ever made. I thought randash was bad. Yea buying a car from billion will ruin your life. I’ll start off with the sales person I mistakes I could have ever made. I thought randash was bad. Yea buying a car from billion will ruin your life. I’ll start off with the sales person I bought the car from. He tells me he’ll walk me through all the features of my vehicle after all my paperwork is done. Once, I finished I go over to his side and he tells me someone bought a truck from him the other day and is coming in to figure out some stuff so I can just google and YouTube the features of my car…… Now the service side I have had the thing for a little over a year. And, have had it in almost every month for repairs since. Billions service department is the most incompetent entity I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Aside from the constant lying from them I had to fight with them to repair anything and everything because they would tell me nothings wrong or they just couldn’t figure it out even when there was OBD2 codes. I had to go to Missoula multiple times they got it in, diagnosed it and fixed it no issues. Now the finance department been trying to get in contact with them. Have left them voicemails and emails and still haven’t heard from them. I grew up here I know a lot of people. I work many jobs where I am constantly talking to people. Like Uber. I have already been telling people to stay away from Billion and they have bought cars elsewhere. Every chance I get I’ll be telling people to not go through Billion it’ll be the biggest mistake they could make. More
We broke down driving through Bozeman. They charged us $188 to just diagnose the problem and the service department manager avoided eye contact during the entire transaction. They then tol They charged us $188 to just diagnose the problem and the service department manager avoided eye contact during the entire transaction. They then told us the parts we needed had no eta and were on back order indefinitely. We called a few other dealerships and had the parts shipped on our own in under a half hour of phone calls. Although our car repair was critical to our livelihood they refused to do the three hour repair and said would have to wait six weeks because we weren’t local community members. Oh yeah, and they quoted us for ten hours of work, maybe that’s why they are so far behind. We got towed to the crystler in Butte MT as soon as we realize it existed and they had us back on the road the same day. The staff at this dealership make this dealership outstandingly awful! Make the drive/tow to Butte, the people there are kind and curious and actually want to help you. More

I wish zero stars were an option. I arrived for an oil change 30 minutes prior to their opining so I could make an early meeting. An hour and 15 minutes later my truck was still outside. When I went to lo change 30 minutes prior to their opining so I could make an early meeting. An hour and 15 minutes later my truck was still outside. When I went to look they had moved a car in front of me while the other bay was moving cars through. The car in the bay I was at had been brought in through the exit door. More
