Worst experience from service department Took car in for repair July 5. Had diagnostic test. Would be ready in two days. Called back needed something different. Waited another two days. Drove Took car in for repair July 5. Had diagnostic test. Would be ready in two days. Called back needed something different. Waited another two days. Drove it 1/4 mile engine light came on. Then said it needed cvvt. Then called and said they blew up engine. Corporate sent new engine. Drove 60 miles and noticed temperature level go up and right back down. Had to take it to another dealer in Springfield MO. They say nothing they did. Almost 2 months,$2000 dollars, 3 550 mile trips,4 nights in motel,week staying with my brother. Wouldn’t let them put a chain on a bicycle. Worse experience with any dealership. Give a 1 because I couldn’t give them worse. Ridiculous! More

Flawless sale, incredible staff My husband and I purchased our first car from Billingsley Hyundai of Lawton on 6/29.19. We bought a 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0T. Natalie from finance My husband and I purchased our first car from Billingsley Hyundai of Lawton on 6/29.19. We bought a 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate 2.0T. Natalie from finance assisted us due to the sales staff being busy, then a salesman named Jason joined in near the end of the deal when he was free. We couldn’t have been happier with how Natalie and Jason handled our sale. They were absolutely fantastic. Initially I had a couple of issues regarding the service department but once the service manager returned from vacation, all has been well. Mr Jeff Shaw assisted me quickly and professionally during one issue in particular, and the issue was resolved 100% to my satisfaction. Overall, we feel Billingsley is a reputable dealership with some truly outstanding employees, especially the ones listed above.
