I heard good things about this dealership and decided to purchase a used vehicle still under warranty. The vehicle started with issues a few weeks after purchase, the checked the engine light was on and the purchase a used vehicle still under warranty. I was given two options for resolution and I decided on one but that option was not honored and now I'm stuck with a vehicle that I'm uncomfortable driving. It's so disappointing. More

I Purchased a vehicle sight unseen they delivered it to me and the bumper had damage. I was very upset. Also the vehicle was filthy on the inside and full of dog hair. I called the dealership And complained they told me to have it detailed and the bumper fixed but just send them a quote. Then they insisted that I bring the vehicle back and they would make it right. They delivered it back to me five days later on a day when the weather was sleeting ice. I did not notice how bad the paint job was until the next day when the weather cleared up it look like it had been painted by a child. The price of the vehicle is close to $40,000. I called the salesman and he told me to send him a quote for the repairs and he would go to management. This is where it stands as of 01/30/22. More
