I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Toyota!! I've been researching and I visited multiple dealerships (slo, selma and many car websites) for months! Tom was so friendly and welcoming from when I first called to check if the model and color I saw online was still available. When I arrived my parents and I met AJ. Tom let us know we were in great hands (we definitely were) and AJ took over from there. We also met Steve (I believe the manager) and I couldn't have felt better and secure in my decision. They did not pressure me, they made sure I had all the time I needed to think over my options. I was finally ready and happy with their team effort and what they were able to offer. I met with Andy in finance and sealed the deal! I'm glad I was patient and didn't buy at the first dealership I went into because I know I wouldn't have got the whole package great customer experience and deal that I got from Bill Wright Toyota!! All employees were very friendly and did not make me feel pressured. The dealership was quite clean, but could use a bit of sprucing up.
