Feedback on my recent service experience: My service manager was very friendly and welcoming. I received a call when my vehicle was ready, and the service department checked many items on my vehicle (b manager was very friendly and welcoming. I received a call when my vehicle was ready, and the service department checked many items on my vehicle (brakes, tires, etc.). Overall, my experience there was very good, however I have two suggestions for improvement: 1. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to talk to a Service Advisor, despite the fact that the Service Department was not busy at that time. In fact, we may have been the only customers there. 2. My vehicle (2007 Tundra) had greasy hand prints on the chrome grill when I picked it up. Not really a big deal, but it would be pretty easy for someone at Bill Wright to give it a quick wipe down which would make a better impression on your customers. These are both minor issues, and my overall experience was good. More

At a time when the economy is in peril, inflation is at an all time high and gas prices are through the roof. It’s feels great to know I can trust somebody like Medka at Bill Wright Toyota to not only keep an all time high and gas prices are through the roof. It’s feels great to know I can trust somebody like Medka at Bill Wright Toyota to not only keep me on the road but make the correct decisions needed for my family and I. Medka’s customer service is second to none, it’s his continued dedication and professionalism that keeps my family, my uncles, my cousins, my in-laws and my co-workers returning to Bill Wright Toyota. Bad news for all you other dealerships, I compare all other service departments to Medka’s service standards and I don’t see myself leaving Toyota anytime soon. Keep up the great work Medka! More
