Used lot Salesman CHRIS most horrible person! !!! I wanted to wait a couple of weeks and make sure my feelings towards this individual were the same. I had settled a lawsuit and 100% positive I was going to buy the car, because it was a large check my bank needed 24 hours to set up my trust account. My heart was set on getting it that day, however my banker called them we were going to 1200 for the promise I would be back in within 24 hours to finalize the deal. I thought it would be an opportunity for me to test it overnight. So I was really distraught when I asked could I take the car my banker confirmed and spoke to the salesman and he said no correct me if I’m wrong (I had already put full coverage insurance on it) I know so many car lots a buyer will keep the car sometimes all weekend. I came to the conclusion I had already been lied to numerous times I asked since I was paying cash would they knock 500 off the price the salesman and finance manager both of course they lied to me and said the car had only been out there for a week and they always like to put the price down lower after they’ve been there week when in fact, the car has been almost 2 months, another red flag the salesman CHRIS said it was a local trade, the car was bought at an auction and only two owners previously owned car check showed 6 previous owners. I understand Car Salesmen are paid to be their worst person and to always lie. None of what I’ve already said is actually what this is about. Chris the horrible monster that refers to himself as a salesman he started texting me because I felt like if they didn’t trust me I got to thinking and told the salesman since they weee not willing to let me take the car home for it would’ve been less than 12 hours later I paid for it cash I felt like maybe they’re not telling me everything. Maybe there’s more to this card than I know but I’m glad I got the Vin number and checked it all out there was things about it that we’re not right and certainly about how many weeks they had they didn’t have it. They had it for months just a lot of Red flags that came off and I just I’m glad and did not buy the car from them. However, the salesman the horrible salesman was texting me and he would text me long letters like and tell me what kind of horrible person I was and for me to say their name say their name, I mean, I don’t understand where this dude was coming from but he was horrible. I would not recommend you go do business with him for any amount of money in the world. He is just as I said, he is horrible and if you don’t do what he wants to eat, then he will turn on you in a heartbeat so if are you, I would definitely definitely steer clear of a guy named Chris the salesman. He’s horrible. I don’t even know how he’s got a job still when I called the finance manager he could’ve cared less I think whenever somebody’s advertising my company I think I should you would care I do anyway I would not buy a car from them for nothing More

I struggled with lots of shady dealerships until I found Bill White VW. Since I knew what I wanted, they negotiated most of the deal over text message, then sent the agreement in writing over email. Bought new 2021 Cross Sport. Good experience with sales. 2 yrs later with less than 17k miles, proximity sensors began going crazy at random times. 2 trips to the dealer they sai Good experience with sales. 2 yrs later with less than 17k miles, proximity sensors began going crazy at random times. 2 trips to the dealer they said no codes and couldn't duplicate problem, so they couldn't do anything. I had 15 videos showing the problem and showing there were no obstacles to set them off. Service manager said they couldn't go by those, and couldn't do anything else 'at this time.' He said VW wouldn't let let them 'dig around' since it didn't return any error codes, even though my videos obviously revealed a problem. So I said, "So your not going to fix it?" "That's not what I said," he said, "you're puttting words in my mouth." I said, "You understand from my perspective as a customer, you are telling me there's nothing else you can do, so that means to me you aren't going to fix it." He said, "Well, that's your perception. That's not what I said." I asked 1 more time, "Are you going to do anything to find the problem?" "Not at this time," So did they fix it? No. So as a customer, no matter what words the service manager parses to keep from saying they won't fix it, they wouldn't fix it. Nice ride that now has annoying alarms that needlessly go off at random times. I would have more respect if he hadn't tried to play word games to keep from saying they wouldn't fix it. Annoying alarms that take over the audio for no reason and annoying experience with customer service. I left a great review and had a good experience buying it. I am NOT typically a complainer, but this is beyond irritating and disappointing. More
