Do not deal with these people. I contacted them through a car buying app. I was promptly contacted by Rachel Robinson at Bill Walsh. I called her and discussed my issues. That I am coming from Bloomington-Normal and would like to take it to my own mechanic. I was told sure! Not a problem. When you come in ask for Mike one of our managers. I was emailed an appointment reminder and it was stated if anything changed such as the car being sold or something came up she would give me the courtesy and let me know. My appointment was for 9am. She called me at 8:23am to confirm that I was coming and that they were ready for me and the van was all pulled up and ready to go. My first sign should have been when I showed up to the used car area no one knew I was coming. I was lead out by a salesman to the van, that was still covered in frost..... the salesman left me to look over the van and said when I was ready to pull up to the office and sign some paper work, I would be on my way. I did, he came out to get a copy of my ID. When he returned he said, come in we have a problem. The used car manager went on to tell me that I should have never be told that, they have 2 appointments to show the van, and basically if I could have it back in 5 hours I could take it, but not overnight like I was promised. And basically it wasn't his problem I was promised that from the business office that "doesn't communicate with the various wings of the dealership". At that point I handed over the keys and "walked". The salesman, whom I will add was kind and basically told me he understood my anger, followed me out to my van and apologized. But the dead was done. Once I returned home I texted Rachel Robinson. Basically telling her how I am not happy and my time was wasted. She called and texted multiple times trying to "earn back" my business. But I was told the van would be sold today at that price and I am not about to wasted more of my time with a dealership that has bad communication and customer service!! My father has worked 20+ years in the car business, I know this is not how the "good ones" operate!! I can tell you from my horrible experience not to work with or trust Bill Walsh!! If there was a zero star rating I would rate them a solid ZERO!! More
Terrible customer service I contacted the dealership a week ago about a used car that was in stock. I made an appointment on a Monday to come see it on a Tuesday. I called the dealership on Tuesday before traveling 3 hours to confirm that the car was not sold and was on the lot. The person I spoke with said it was on the lot and my appointment was on the calendar. About 90 minutes into my drive, I receive a call from a salesperson telling me that the car was sold the day before (Monday). Apparently they didn't update their records properly is what I'm told. Mind you, I was told earlier in the day that the car was on hold for me and was ready for me to view it at my scheduled appointment. How this happens is beyond me as with today's technology, inventory updates are pretty simple to do. Considering they wasted my time, I advise you do not waste your time and take your hard earned money to someone else that gives quality customer service. Terrible dealership and terrible service. Jeep Cherokee bad battery I have brought several cars from Serria motors and have had relatively no problems so me and my wife bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee in 2014 it has been a I have brought several cars from Serria motors and have had relatively no problems so me and my wife bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee in 2014 it has been a little over 2 yrs and 40000 miles later and I go to start the car and nothing battery is dead I get a jump take it to the dealership and the service manager says out of warranty by 4000 miles sorry but I will put a new one in for $224 if u want !!!!!!! Who the xxxx has ever had a car battery die in normal use in two years total xx I will recommend to all my friends never to buy a car from bill Walsh because costumer loyalty means absolutely nothing to them More

It has now been over a week since we went in to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. We were told that someone would be contacting us the next day and still to this day no one has. I guess they are just making too a new Jeep Cherokee. We were told that someone would be contacting us the next day and still to this day no one has. I guess they are just making too much money to want ours. With our families combined we have bought over 10 cars/trucks over the past few years and sorry to say they have now lost us and our family as customers. I do highly recommend the service department though, they are the best! More
I called for a used vehicle (Chevrolet Camaro Convertible). I am from Michigan and the only reason I drove to Illinois was because of the price and the specific color (Yellow) I wanted which I co Convertible). Besides the price of the car, everything was very poor. I told him to give at least $50-100 off $28000 just for the gas to drive back and forth, but I was denied. Well, he told be he will give me a full gas tank. Now, he had a big advantage knowing I drove 300 miles all the way from Michigan and I wouldn't return without the car. He gave me 1/2 a tank and NO floor mat and the boot cover was missing. Very poor customer service and worst dealership I have ever dealt. More
I called the Bill Walsh dealership about a used Cadillac for sale. I made them an offer that was 4% below the asking price. Jason went to the manager with the offer and his manager said that if I want the c for sale. I made them an offer that was 4% below the asking price. Jason went to the manager with the offer and his manager said that if I want the car I have to pay full price. Jason also told me that someone else had made an offer for the asking price so if I wanted the car I needed to give them the full price right now. I declined and within the next hour the price of the car on the website was raised by $1000.00. I guess that other offer was some phantom buyer. More
Called to ask about a vehicle, and maybe a possible sale. He was short with me, and I said I sent a email he says 'ok'. I'm 4 hrs away and we couldn't work out a price over the phone so I could bring a check when I came, because I didn't want to drive back and fourth. Mr Lane kept asking me for my banks fax number so he could fax them a bill of sale. But would not tell me what all was going to be on the bill of sale, nor how much. I was very dispointed because I liked this truck a lot but I'm forced to go somewhere else now. I gave the rating I gave it becuase of this phone call. I don't think that the whole dealership is bad. Just though he was rude. More
