I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The Sales man was nice and friendly, but they sold me a 2002 GMC Yukon that they just got in and did not check. My Yukon has a head gasket leak and its going to cost me over 1200 to get it fixed. Not only is it going to cost me that much to fix it I am going to be with out a car. Also before I looked at any cars my sales guy told me that every car is completely checked out and that they do not sell cars that have major problems. They did not even have time to have their service guys look at my car because they just got it in. All they seen was a young GIRL coming their way and knew they were going to get a sale whether there was something wrong or not. More
I enjoyed working with Wayne on trading in my car and purchasing another one. He was very friendly, personable, and great to work with. Couple of things I would recommend from a customer service standpoint that I was disappointed with. First off, the car I purchased had an empty tank of gas. I had to leave the dealership and spend more money to put gas in it to get home. The car I traded in had more gas in it than the one I purchased. The second thing was the vehicle I had purchased was 2,000 miles overdue on an oil change. So the next day I had to take it somewhere to have that done. We didn't finish with all of the financing until after hours so this may have been why this wasn't done but it did disappoint me. I do have to take the vehicle back to get detailed and something else fixed. I will see if either of these things are compensated back to me. More

Greg Strasser was also very helpful has a great personality.Overall I had a very good experience much to my surprise since there has been a change in name and management at this dealership in Ottawa,Illinois. When we originally started looking for a car, we dealt with Mark Imhof. He was very helpful in getting us the information on a car we saw in the lot. After speaking with us and learning our needs, he steered us in the direction of the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We looked at vehicles in other towns, but nothing caught our eye like the one at Bill Walsh. Mark passed us along to Chuck Kaminky for the test drive. We were unable to get to the dealership until close to the end of the day -- on Valentine's Day!!! Chuck, and the rest of the staff, were very nice and we did not feel rushed through the process so they could go home to their families. Chuck was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and took care of all our needs. We got a great price for the car and I love it!!! This is our second purchase from Bill Walsh and would not hesitate to refer Chuck or Mark to friends and family. More

I was VERY pleased with my overall experience with Bill Walsh Ford. I am not a big fan of car shopping but the whole process very easy.
