BEWARE! Awful, unethical dealer. I had a terrible experience. I ordered a specialty vehicle through them, waited several months, called them every 4 weeks Awful, unethical dealer. I ordered a specialty vehicle through them, waited several months, called them every 4 weeks to confirm my interest in the car, and was repeatedly told "not to worry, no deposit and no paperwork is necessary, as soon as we get the allocation the car is yours." After approximately 6 months, when they finally received the allocation they decided to sell it to someone else because they were local and I was an out of market customer. They never called me to let me know and it wasn't until I called them once again to inquire about the status that they informed me what they had done. The worst thing is, they (Mark Buehl, Sales Manager) didn't even apologize after what happened and what they did to me. Completely wasted months of my time and I missed out on other, similar vehicles I would have purchased. I was so frustrated and mad, I could have screamed. BAD DEALER with UNETHCIAL staff. DO NOT do business here! More

Saved our lives! About an hour from home and on our way to Rochester MN we hit a massive metal object on a local road. Immediately resulted in an unrepairable flat tire. Thank God this dealership was three minutes away from us. We limped into the dealership on a “donut” tire in a brand new Kia Telluride. These guys were very helpful, courteous and understood our need to get back on the road as soon as possible. They got a new tire on our vehicle, washed it, and wished us well.
