No nonsense car buying I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have dealt with many "Car Salesman". Bill Vince Acura's staff have raised the bar for other dealers I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have dealt with many "Car Salesman". I attempted to purchase at a dealer closer to my business but the experience and lack of professionalism of my local dealer sent me to look elsewhere. I emailed Bill Vince's internet sales department and was immediately contacted by Brionna and after telling her the 2016 MDX option that I was looking for promptly received a follow-up call from her and Joe the sales manager to make me an offer. Their offer was so much better than the first dealer that I questioned Joe as to whether or not the was a ploy just to get me into the dealership. He assured me that it was a true offer. I visited the dealership the following day and met with Joe who confirmed the offer and after a brief conversation about the dealerships commitment to their customers he introduced me to Michael a senior sales person and we completed the purchase agreement. I returned at my request on Tuesday to complete the paperwork with Eddie who was great and recommended a few maintainance packages that were a good valueand. I received a complete walk through of the many technological features of the MDX from Michael's sales partner Adam who would have spent the entire afternoon with me if I wanted just going over things. I was looking to downsize after 20 years or driving 3 model years of Chevy Tahoe LTZ's. I looked at all the mid-size luxury brands and I believe The Acura MDX offers the best combination of quality, value, and price. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I am confident that my service experience will be just as pleasant as my purchase experience. More

I had visited other dealerships and internet sites during and after these visits so I felt I was reasonably informed. After the purchase, Obie said to come back to him after a few days and go over question about the car that I would have and he would again run through some of the features so I would use more of the car and have greater satisfaction driving it I felt the price was fair and Bill Vince’s Bridgewater Acura has always serviced my current car well with exceptional service, loaners and so I am happy to give them my business so I would get many years out of the TLX.
