Like a "Bridge" over troubled waters I was looking for a specific used car for a second vehicle for the past two years. I had a certain criteria for the vehicle including model, type, mil I was looking for a specific used car for a second vehicle for the past two years. I had a certain criteria for the vehicle including model, type, mileage, color and price. Since it was a second vehicle, I had the leisure of setting unlikely expectations. There were a few maybe's along the way but one factor always killed the deal. It was rough waters out there...Then I came across Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura on a search engine and they had a potential winner listed. I reached out online and Christina Hecht answered a few of my questions and promptly invited me to come in for a test drive. The website even offered a free, full access to the Car Fax report on the vehicle. I thought that was a good sign. So, I stopped by one morning and was immediately greeted by the handsome Mikhail Boltarets. He offered me a hot coffee or tea, and we got right down to business. The car was all ready for the test drive. We got in the car and pulled out of the lot as he underscored all the strengths this used vehicle offered during our conversation. He didn't even make fun of my driving. Anyway, after he quickly outlined the purchase process, I told him I was going to think about it for a day or two. (I had to get the ol' lady on board and being married himself, he understood). There was absolutely no sales pressure. I called him with some conditions and he worked with the dealer management to meet all of my requests. Even meeting me half way on a price reduction! And if that wasn't enough, Mike just called me, just now while I am writing this review, to tell me my license plates just came in...He is overnighting them to me to save me the time of coming back to the dealership. Boom! Let's face it, buying a used car from a dealer can be like riding a barrel over Niagra Falls. But dealing with Bridgewater Acura and it's staff was like a bridge over troubled waters. After two years of searching for the right deal, I finally got one. Thank you Bridgewater Acura! More

Unfortunately that vehicle had been sold when I got there, but they had a few more that interested me. Both my son and I ended up buying an ILX. I liked the no-haggle price, seemed to be in line with the best prices listed on the internet. The trade-in allowances also agreed with the Kelly Blue Book and Emunds websites. A pretty fair deal all around, and well worth the one hour drive from Pa. More

I find the staff at Bridgewater Acura to be highly professional and completely devoid of the unsavory tactics unfortunately employed by some new car dealerships. We arrived close to closing time and most employees had already left anticipating the impending snow storm. He was very patient while my wife and I looked at several cars until we found the one that we wanted. Amir never pushed us to make a decision. He just waited patiently and handed us key after key as we checked paint integrity, popped hoods, glove boxes, trunks, etc. He made the 2 separate 1 hr and 40 minute trips worth the travel.
