AWESOME experience! I can not say enough positive things about this dealership. We had been looking for a quality used Mustang convertible which is a LOT harder than it sounds. Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura had a car with a LOT more than we could have ever dreamed of at our price range. The car was a lot less expensive than comparable cars we looked at, but the sales manager, Adam Rottenburg worked with us to get the car even more comfortably within our price range. We live 250 miles away, so they handled the entire deal over the phone and through overnight mail. They were incredibly honest about the condition of the car too. When we picked the car up just 2 days after our first call to the dealership (incredible for a long distance deal), the car was even better than we thought it would be. Our sales representative, Murad Stokes, answered all of our questions, offered to pick us up at the train station, and was incredibly kind, honest and fun to deal with. The car was ready and waiting for us with a full tank of gas when we got to the dealership, and the deal was finalized within 10 minutes of our arrival. We were on the road and driving the car the 4 1/2 hours home with no muss, no fuss, no bother. The car was incredible on the ride home too. We are getting used to turning heads everywhere we go (did I mention the car looks incredible?). Thanks to Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura our dream of owning a Mustang convertible has come true. Great Experience I was referred to this dealership by a family member who has used them many times previously. I leased an Acura TLX in early June 2017. I worked with Scott Doyle, Tina Stanislawczyk, and Eddie Mcgeehan. The service provided by all three, and their efficiency, was fantastic. Scott took me for a test drive and explained all of the vehicle's features to me. We discussed and agreed upon what I thought was a fair price very quickly. I was able to leave the dealership with my new vehicle about an hour and a half after I first walked in. When I returned a few weeks later to have my new license plates put on, the service and efficiency was similarly stellar. More

From the minute I walked through the door and met Brian, I knew I was in good hands. I had to get rid of my previous car and was in need of a new one ASAP. When I got there, the car was ready for me to test drive upon my arrival. He was very thorough and showed me everything I needed to know about the car. He even helped me at the end, doing an overall check to make sure I was comfortable before leaving the lot. On the financial end of things, Eddie made me feel completely at ease with the financing I was offered. I was nervous about being able to tack on another bill, but Eddie worked with me step by step to make sure I had a payment I was comfortable with. I've never felt more relaxed at a car dealership before!
