Best of all time. I'm not sure where to even start. Purchasing a car from here is so easy I cannot even express the simplicity of it. They advertise on various sites an I'm not sure where to even start. Purchasing a car from here is so easy I cannot even express the simplicity of it. They advertise on various sites and apps like facebook and instagram. I saw them post a car i really wanted on instagram one morning and had commented on it showing interest and they commented back saying get to work! It wasn't long after that I inquired about the vehicle thru instagram and within a half hour I was on the phone with a salesman, Paul Featherman. Now being as I was at work Paul had no problem texting me most of the time. Once on the phone with him, he helped me take care of all necessary questions and dealer stuff over the phone to make coming in a breeze, especially since I live a little over 3 hours away! He did however inform me that the vehicle I was interested in was actually sold just a few hours prior, but they had another one, one year newer and they would honor the price of the original one I was interested in. After a few hours of going over trade in information, submitting my license digitally along with other info, all I had to do when I came in was sign and date, go thru finance and drive home. He had guaranteed me that my payments would be under my requested amount and he made it happen with the help Ryan in finance, one of the most outgoing people I have ever came across. After a 3 and a half hour drive, I was there maybe an hour and a half clearing up paper work and having my trade in appraised, and before you know it I was driving home in my new car, a 2014 Chevy Camaro SS 1LE. I have had many dealer experiences, many in which were not on a positive note, but I must say between the team, the hospitality, and the incredible on sight inventory, Bridgewater Acura has to be the best dealer I have ever came across. Plenty of tasteful cars, motivated employees, the waiting area and the entire building is immaculate, I would recommend anyone to go here weather in the market for a new or used vehicle. 5 stars to you guys! More
