Not purchasing Acura again after this experience at BWA Came in here looking for certified TLX and came home with one. Lets us say buying a luxury car did not most certainly feel like it. I went to see 2 different TLX's on the internet and was greeted by a salesman that I did not want to mention names. I honestly could not understand most of the things he was saying to me. I was surprised I got the deal done with him. I should have asked for another person, but would it been rude? After the test drive we worked the numbers and then my trade in. After some talk we could not agreed on the trade in price and I walked out. The sales manager which I could understand, texted me back that night and we worked out a price on my trade so I came back to pick up the car. I felt the sales manger sounded a little arrogant saying your buying CPO Acura. I didn't need to be reminded of that, all I care was the price. Took off a star or two for that. I got my own financing so I was out in less time than if you were financing with Acura. When I came to pick the car and had to sign the paperwork to drive it home. It was the standard usual process in the finance room trying to sell you extended warranty and other protection plans. I declined to all of them and off I went to drive off. To my surprise no parting gifts like a box cookies or something like a Honda dealer once gave me. No Acura key chain, hat, mug, or anything like that for that matter. Come on Acura , I'm buying a luxury car throw in a little something. Also, I paid for registration fees in the finance office. Once I picked up my registration card they said it was another 60 dollars. Their excuse was that they extended the expiration by another year. Why didn't they tell me this in the first place? I said whatever and had to pay it. Finally, I notice the steering wheel was off centered. It maybe need an alignment or something. Maybe I didn't noticed this during the test drive but after a week I noticed it. I thought CPO Acura's are checked with a 180 point inspection. I guess not, but since I have a warranty I will have them check it. I dread coming back and leaving my car with them. They should have check in the first place. I do consider myself mechanically savvy so I did know what to look for. Overall, my experience here was not a pleasant one. After I wrote this review, I got a call from the customer satisfaction rep and they said to bring in the car again for them to look at it. I dropped off the car over the weekend and picked it up the following Tuesday. They said they looked at the steering and could not find anything wrong as it was in factory specs. It seem fine for the time being and reverted back to the same steering before. Next, they could not duplicate the smart key fob not working and only working randomly. Yup, they told me sorry we couldn't find the issue even though I sent them two videos showing the issue. Lastly, the Bluetooth does not streaming Pandora as it did on my previous car. They told me that this is an known issue and they don't have a update or fix for it. They blame Acura for not providing an update and just to live with it. I'm like really, Acura an luxury brand does not have a fix for Bluetooth problems? My old Camry never had these issues before. I sent my issues via email to three people at Bridgewater Acura a week ago and no one has gotten back to me as of yet. So much for customer service and I have so many regrets buying a car at this place. They basically took my car to try to fix, but couldn't so now they basically told me to deal it. I would be careful buying a car at this place because afterwards you might be on your own even though I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Acura. I did give them 3 attempts to fix the problem with the keyless entry and every time they said they could not replicate the issue. However, I sent them numerous videos showing the problem as proof of the problem. All they can say is to bring them the car back which I gave them 3 times already. If you can't find the problem the first time then you won't be able to find it the next time. After I sent an email about asking lemon law procedures, I got a condescending response say that "lemon laws are only for new cars and Good Luck with that". I was like "wow" coming from the manager. So that's how they treat customers after they got your money. When you buy a car from Bridgewater Acura be careful if you have any problems with the car. If you don't have issues with the car expect them to get 5 star reviews. If there's problems then watch out and they will tell you "Good Luck with That". This whole experience with BWA left me with a bad taste. Till this day, I still feel like the steering is off even though they said its right within specs. My old Camry never had this issue with the steering. Let's just say, I have buyer's remorse and should never traded my Camry for this TLX. Thought I was upgrading to something better, definitely not. Never coming back to this place to buy anything and this is my first and last Acura I'm purchasing. They just made my experience a terrible one. You won't get luxury brand treatment at Bridgewater Acura. This is my honest review of this dealership and have been warned on what to expect. I totally understand not everyone will have the same experience so your mileage will vary. More

Outstanding buying experience well worth the 90 mile drive I was looking to,purchase a 6 speed turbo VW, found one at this dealer and another in ct. The one at this dealership had low mileage so I filled out the online form to inquire about the car. I was first contacted by the internet department and they were great, told me the car was available and if I could send them pics of my trade-in as well as the vin number they would get the appraisal as soon as possible. Within a 2 hours I was sent an approximate appraisal. The price was fair so they put me in touch with sales. My salesperson was Kaz, spoke to him on the phone and explained I was 90 miles away and did not want to get lied to or scammed about trade in value, dealer fees or any of the other BS so many dealers try to get away with. Kaz assured me they don't do that at this dealer. So I gave him my info for credit app and insurance company and he did the rest as I headed to the dealership. After a 3 hour traffic filled ride, I expected the worst and much to my surprise they gave me $500 more on my trade and dropped the interest rate 1.5% based on credit rating. The deal went down with out a hitch. Kaz was outstanding and I would not hesitate to buy another car at this dealership. I'm am thrilled with the car and very happy with the way I was treated. More

Ilena (service advisor) is very courteous, responsive, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. When it comes to customer service, Ileana is A++++. Because of my experience, and confidence in the MDX, I plan to purchase my 3rd MDX from this dealer soon. I drive past another Acura dealer in route to my office but I can't imagine going anywhere else. My service is always performed in a timely manner by the mechanics and a loaner car is ALWAYS available when needed. More

I contacted the dealership and connected with Kaz Zahrieh, a vehicle specialist experienced with sales to buyers in other states. Kaz was a pleasure to work with. He processed the sale in a timely manner, overnighting documents and arranging for transportation to my state of California. Kaz and his team ensured that I received all the documents needed to register the vehicle in California and I was able to complete the transfer within a couple of days. I highly recommend the dealership and Kaz Zahrieh. More
