Easy and smooth process. I am happy to say that I am overall very happy with my experiencing leasing an Acura (first lease ever). My brother and I mainly dealt with Tina Stanislawczyk from Internet Sales, and Murad Stokes from Sales. I had given up my car (that I owned) as a private sale and needed to get into a lease fairly quickly. After some discussion and other dealership comparisons, the easiest and smoothest I found to work with were these two individuals at Bridgewater Acura. Grateful for Tina being lovely and patient over the phone answering all my questions. I liked that she was quite knowledgeable and owned/leased Acuras in her family. Also grateful for Murad for being very personable, answering all my questions (and I had alot of them) and being so kind to explain things I was not familiar with. Also he facilitated all of the paperwork, and even had my plates ready within a week of signing the lease agreement. Very efficient! I have to say I was nervous and to be frank annoyed with dealerships and wasn't super familiar with leasing but the staff here takes the time to explain in a professional and respectful manner.
