My experience with salesperson, Dominque at Acura in East Brunswick was absolutely terrible . I went in to look at a certified MDK. Dominque locates the vechile in interest and offered me a test drive. The v Brunswick was absolutely terrible . I went in to look at a certified MDK. Dominque locates the vechile in interest and offered me a test drive. The vechile had a orange do not sale sign on the windshield when I questioned Dominque removes the sticker and stated that it was inaccurate. It should be noted I called ahead of time confirmed they had vechiles more then one that matches my interest and I scheduled to come in. I get into the vechile and it is filthy and also contained the previous owner’s personal information (demographic info) in the vechile . I return to the store and notice that Dominque is helping another customer (who came in after me). Dominque ask me sit to the side while he continues to assist the customer, he then comes back to me while the customer is waiting at his desk , with a price for the vechile that I test drove written on a sheet of paper with additional add on prices . I questioned why the price is not listed on the vechile, he informs me that his manager just gave me the price of the vechile. I asked for car fax info, justification of price, informed him that I had a trade in, etc and he showed no interest continued and did not give options or alternative options. Dominque was nasty and informed me that I can go to a Kia dealership. He rushed engagement with me and return to customer who came in after me that was seated at his desk and observed his rudeness towards me. Dominque customer service was disgusting he do not belong in sales. I spoke to store manger, Richard who dismissed my concerns and informed me that my concerns were simply opinions and a personality issue. He actually admitted that Dominque failed to inform of the different details as he advised Dominque left details out. Unfortunately Acura in East Brunswick is an unpleasant atmosphere and do not appear to strive towards effective customer service. More

The service was outstanding! I went in after work around 6ish pm. Although it was busy and I did not have an appointment, the team was able to accommodate me!
