The entire staff was amazing. I've purchased many vehicles in the past year, and this, by far, was the best experience of them all. Highly recommended! All employees that we came in contact with were well informed and courteous, especially Jacob and Michael. More
On 12/11/10, I leased a 2011 MDX. This is my 3rd Acura. I was in a 2010 TL (and loved it) but because I am expecting twins I needed a larger vehicle. I had worked with Ryan at a different Acura dealership I was in a 2010 TL (and loved it) but because I am expecting twins I needed a larger vehicle. I had worked with Ryan at a different Acura dealership when I leased the 2010 TL and he was wonderful, so I was happy to see him at Bridgewater Acura when I walked in. He went over my options, and offered me several suggestions based on my growing family without applying any pressure. Even when I was hesitating toward trading my TL, he didn't lose patience with me at all. The finance manager was very patient with me as well even throughout all of my indecisiveness. I had a very good experience with the Ryan and the finance manager with whom I dealt. The only negative thing I could possibly say about Bill Vince's is the fact that other staff members weren't that friendly but maybe that was just their game faces and it didn't directly affect me. I'm pleased with my experience and intend to return to the dealership when my lease is over in 3 years. More
We went to Acura to test drive a 2011 TL and ended up driving home in one. Everyone was wonderful, professional and didn't make us feel like we were being "sold" a car. Sasha was funny and entertaining driving home in one. Everyone was wonderful, professional and didn't make us feel like we were being "sold" a car. Sasha was funny and entertaining and did a great job at answering our questions and comparing the TSX and TL for us without us feeling pressured to purchase the higher priced car. More
We used this dealership to prurchase a CPO TL. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up vehicle, the manager Mike Lasko, said, there was a small scratch on the bumper that they would fix. When my h Unfortunately, when we went to pick up vehicle, the manager Mike Lasko, said, there was a small scratch on the bumper that they would fix. When my husband went to inspect it, it was obvious that there had been a rear impact of some sort. Lasko insisted that it was no big deal, just a scratch , and they would Heat it uup to iron out the bumps. (Now let me tell you that this was obviously caused by some type of impact) not just a scratch, and most insurances require bumbers to be replaced with any impact that causes such damage)The problem was two fold, not only was is incomprehensible how this would have been overlooked by their service technicians and sold as CPO. But more importantly, how we were treated as customers. Although Mike Lasko had no problem with cancelling the sale, he in my opinion acted unprofessionally by not appologizing for the inconvienence and insulting our intelligence by saying it was only a scratch. He also left us waiting for 15 minutes to get our deposit back and had stated "I'm not begging for their sale" to one of his coworkers, loud enough for us to hear. Then, my husband said "you do not need to be rude about it". He handed our check back without a word. I would like to add that the other people we had contact with at this dealership were courteous, prompt and pleasant to work with. In my opinion, shady unprofessional conduct by the manager of a department, is enough reason to avoid the dealership. More
Really great dealership!!! Bridgewater Acura is a pleasure to work with and their sales team is awesome! The prices are very reasonable, especially for the rare 2007 Volkswagen GLI Farenheit that we pleasure to work with and their sales team is awesome! The prices are very reasonable, especially for the rare 2007 Volkswagen GLI Farenheit that we purchased. They have a wide selection of cars to pick from and all are in great condition, both new and used vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Bridgewater Acura and I will definitely be back to buy another! Thanks Bridgewater Acura! Brian, Brandi, & Dustin More
The dealership was OK but the salesperson was great and most important PATIENT WITH ME. I think if it was any other salesperson I would have went somewhere else just because we communicated so great with e most important PATIENT WITH ME. I think if it was any other salesperson I would have went somewhere else just because we communicated so great with each other. He made it work for the both of us, wasn't to high for me and wasn't to low for him(price wise).Overall my experience was great and I love my car. Not good in snow but that was my choice. More
I had visited this dealer multiple times before making my purchase decision. I'll say I'm not the easiest person to deal with, but my salesman Rick handled me with kid gloves. I even stopped in and Rick was off and everyone there jumped in to help me. In my past experiences with car buying I had never seen this type of behavior. I even had a chance to meet with the managers and I can tell that this customer sevice mentality comes from the top! Hats off to the whole team at Bridgewater Acura. I will definately buy a car there again and Irecommend this dealer highly. More

Purchased a new MDX from Bill Vince's. It's our fifth Acura and our first experience with this dealership. I had read questionable reviews, but also had a personal relationship with the GM, who I had wo Acura and our first experience with this dealership. I had read questionable reviews, but also had a personal relationship with the GM, who I had worked with at another dealership in the past. The negotiations went ok, but make sure you do your homework on trade in values. The car was not programmed correctly or at all, by our sales guy. He told us the car would be too complicated if we added more than one phone for bluetooth. Later we found this to be false. The latch on the back of a rear seat was broken and missed. Our GPS didn't work and our internal lights worked intermittently. We took it back to Bill Vince's and they fixed the latch, but gave it back to us with the same problems with the GPS. The driver side door was out of alignement and they fixed that as well. We had asked them to program the car to what we wanted, but they didn't tell us they needed our separate pair of keys to properly program. Thus, we needed another call with one of their service folks to program it correctly. We live about two hours from the dealership, which precludes easy service access. Every call we had with them, it was sales blaming service and service blaming sales. I really didn't care who's challenge it was, I just wanted the car fixed. We ended up bringing in the car a second time. To John's credit, he was willing to drive to the Freehold mall to meet us in the middle. He lives in the area, so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. This time they replaced the GPS as they found it to be faulty and they replaced the lights as they found them to be faulty as well. My question is, why wasn't this found the first time? Now it's the plates. Instead of giving us a new registration on the car, they transferred the old registration. I can only guess this was to try and fool us on the price out the door, as it saves a few hundred dollars. They told us they were sending us the plates. We waited and when it arrived, the envelope only had a red registration card. No plates. So we called DMV and asked the question. They said it could take a coule of months for new plates. So we waited some more. When they didn't arrive, we called DMV again. They looked into it and found that it was a transfer instead of a new registration. We called the dealership, and they said to look in the rear compartment. We did that, but no plates. They said, well our sales guy said that's where he put them. Yah, same sales guy who on our test drive told us how great Infinti was and how he wasn't crazy about Acura. Terrific credibility. My last email has gone unresponded to, b/c frankly, I think they know they have no good excuse for the myriad of problems. My Wife and I are now on our way to DMV to pay for lost plates. It's only 6 bucks, but the hassle of going to DMV, the wasted time....it could have all been avoided. I love Acura and the cars they build are phenomenal. However, Bill Vince's Acura is the worst dealership I've ever worked with, regardless of make. I've worked with Ocean, Princeton and Turnersville in NJ and all of them were night and day better than BV's. Please, do yourself a favor and read thru the other reviews. I did and really questioned doing business with BV, but since I had the relationship with the GM, still decided to go there. What a mistake. 12/15-Just an update. Once the GM for this dealership read my review, he decided to call my Wife and I. He screamed, yelled, mocked, threatened etc. Far and away the most unprofessional communication from a dealer ever. I tried going thru the Client Services dept, but couldn't get far, so now I'm working with the Presidential office in Torrance. It seems that when a dealership decides to abuse their customers, there's really not much Acura/Honda can do about it. The contract is between you and the dealer. Be warned, do business with reputable dealers...there's plenty of Acura dealers in NJ have treated us much better. More
