We were preparing to leave the next day for a long trip pulling our travel trailer when we noticed a fault error on the truck dashboard. The Bill Utter Service Department helped us out at the last minute with a situation involving a “Trailer Brake Module” fault on our F150. We could not attempt to travel without functioning trailer brakes. We called a Ford dealership closer to our location and were told that they wouldn’t be able to help us for at least a week. The next call was to Bill Utter, and a gentleman by the name of Tony K. listened to our circumstances and said “come on in and we will find a way to get you going again”. From the time we arrived, until they had us repaired and on the road again was 2 hours. We are so thankful to Tony and the entire team at Bill Utter service and will continue to use them in the future. Regards, John G More

I took my car in for a service, check engine light was on. They placed car on computer it said I need a fuel pump but part would not be in for over days and they wanted me to sign papers committing to p on. I declined the service and was not willing to wait over 30 days for a part. The next morning car reset and check engine light went off and car is ruining fine. I called and spoke with Don service provider he told to me just watch it and should be ok to drive. I really don’t have 1000.00 just to give them and there is not part for over 30 days. More
