Incredibly poor experience, from start to finish. I saw the negative reviews prior to dropping off my car and was warned. Shame on me. Poor communication from the sales rep - I was having to call for a pr the negative reviews prior to dropping off my car and was warned. Shame on me. Poor communication from the sales rep - I was having to call for a promised follow up. Upon retrieving my vehicle, a significant amount of gas was used and not was not replenished (per their policy). Actual mileage used was significantly greater than what was recorded on my report. Where did they go?????? The inside of my car (diver door) had a grease mark, which I cleaned prior to driving off. Not only would I NOT use Bill Utter Ford for service again, I plan on purchasing a new Ford in the next few months, which will not be at this dealership. The list below didn't include the name of my rep. John Witt was the person who returned my call when I asked that a manager call me. Please note they had another rep called, not a manager. They just don't care. More

Only place that’s touched my ford as I bought it there and bought the service plan! Overall not a bad place just not the best! Service is slow! Repeatedly asked them to wash and vac my car when I come in and bought the service plan! Overall not a bad place just not the best! Service is slow! Repeatedly asked them to wash and vac my car when I come in for service but never do! So I stoped asking!! Seem to never be able to have the same service adviser as they constantly seem to move personnel around or leave it seems! Just overall feel this dealership could be managed better! If another ford dealership opens closer to my home I would not hesitate to try it that’s for sure! More
Engine high temp and level alarms After a temporary fix and adding some water to the engine cooling system, I Was just able to make it to Bill Utter service department with high temp a After a temporary fix and adding some water to the engine cooling system, I Was just able to make it to Bill Utter service department with high temp and coolant level alarms. Both alarms due to a coolant hose clamp failure allowing the a hose to slip off from the oil cooler and draining the engine cooling system. Brandon suggested checking the engine alarms, both to determine the problem and ascertain if any internal engine damage had occurred. After making sure the engine was indeed OK, suggested a total cooling system flush and testing the engine for any signs of additional issues. As he said, wanted to make sure the truck was all fixed, ready for safe and reliable use on the road Great service.. More
The best advice I can give here is to promote Cornia to Dealership Manager. The Ford 10 speed tranny is problematic. It is not a good piece of equipment. When it acts up (and it will), you need someone Dealership Manager. The Ford 10 speed tranny is problematic. It is not a good piece of equipment. When it acts up (and it will), you need someone who understands their job is customer service and not troubleshooting. She was attentive, understanding and executed the project quickly. I can’t say enough good things. Considering that the last 3-4 times I’ve been there, the customer service was less than stellar, it’s nice to have someone in Service who understands. More

I’ve been going back and forth deciding whether or not I should waste my time submitting a review or not, but decided to share my experience in hope that this dealership change before it eventually goes out should waste my time submitting a review or not, but decided to share my experience in hope that this dealership change before it eventually goes out of business. I brought my car in for a noise and I was told that it needed parts that were on back order. I have a brand new 2020 explorer that I hadn’t even had for 2 months and they tried to give me a 5 seater Edge. Since, I didn’t have an ETA on when my vehicle would be fixed I asked for a comparable vehicle and thank God I did because I ended up being in it for 2 months. To make a long story short, I ended getting a call almost 2 months later from a woman who asked me for my credit card. I asked her why and she told me that the vehicle that was given to me to drive was off the lot and not a loaner and she needed it for the tolltag fees. I was furious and told her I would not be giving my cc and if she mailed to tolltqg fees to me I would happily pay them. She had me come in and sign a rental agreement form since it was never initially done. I’m not sure why she just now realized this, but I came in that day and did whatever she needed. I asked when I would get my vehicle back and they still weren’t sure. They said a whole new transmission needed to be put in and then driven around 100 miles to make sure it was running properly. The next day I got a call saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up as soon as I sat in the drivers seat I noticed the engine light was on. It also wasn’t washed or vacuumed after being there for 2 months. At that point, I just wanted to leave, but felt the need to let them know the engine light was on. Karina took it to the back and 30 min later said everything was good. I asked her what the problem was and she said she had no idea and thinks it was a plug. Ummmm ok I thought. After I left, I immediately went and washed and vacuumed my car out and went home. When I pulled into my garage I noticed something popping out of the hood and coming out towards the passenger side windshield.. I popped open the hood and it was a black cover that looked like went on top of whatever plug they messed with. I popped it back on and shut the hood. I went and reviewed my paperwork and the mileage had a 10 mileage difference. All I can say is, “I hope they tested that new transmission out”! More

As I handed over the key, I was told they would "get it in the shop now." The truck was not pulled into the shop for an hour and a half. A simple oil and oil filter change should never take two hours, especially if that expectation is not set with the customer up front. Not a good first impression in the service department. More
