extended time was undue I chose today to give only 2 stars for this last visit. I had initially gone in with scheduled "the works" which was tire rotation, oil change, and mu I chose today to give only 2 stars for this last visit. I had initially gone in with scheduled "the works" which was tire rotation, oil change, and multi-point inspection. I added the state inspection upon arrival since I just received the notice in the mail. The service person did accommodate for it. I was there for a couple hours and had done some browsing for a vehicle for my girlfriend since she was in the market. The plan was to grab breakfast after getting service done and then return with my girlfriend to do more browsing. I was informed that I should do the 100,000 mile service on my vehicle which i did select at least having a tune up for a 6 cylinder vehicle. I was given a quote that I accepted. An hour later, I see through the windows available to watch my vehicle be worked on, I see the vehicle pulled out. I wait 10 minutes and no person approached me about the vehicle so I searching for a representative. Receptionist informed me to be patient and wait a few more minutes. 5 minutes pass and I get up to speak with the Representative who I have been working with. He informs me that the price quoted was for a 4 cylinder engine but would have adjust the price to what was quoted. I accept that and go back to my seat. I wait another 30 minutes and just see my vehicle sitting outside and in the office, i see other customers attended to. At this point, I have spend my entire morning waiting for service to be done and a large portion of this is waiting on paperwork. I ask my representative about what is going on and he informs me that the manager is still adjusting the price. At this point, I am not sure why it takes so long to adjust a price to what was quoted, but I am still waiting to receive the final paperwork. 30 minutes after this last encounter, I finally see the service representative receive paperwork from that manager. I am walked over to where I can make a payment. I go over all the service since I had been there a while and I want to make sure all work was accomplished and charged correctly. The only discrepancy I find is that the tune up was still $20 above the quote but I am unwilling to dispute this since I am hungry and impatient. I sign and pay just so I can get out and get food. I had intended to convince my girlfriend that this was a good place to purchase a vehicle, and after this single experience with me, she is now moving on to another dealer. I have had inconsistent customer service since the purchase of my vehicle at this dealership. If this doesn't change, I may be seeking service and sales elsewhere. More
Stranded traveler I was traveling out of state and encountered a check engine light on my 2017 F-150 in Denton. I found my way to Bill Utter Ford through Ford Pass. W I was traveling out of state and encountered a check engine light on my 2017 F-150 in Denton. I found my way to Bill Utter Ford through Ford Pass. When I pulled into the service area and explained I had no appointment, I was introduced to Johnny Constancio. The service manager and Johnny opened the hood and found the air intake tube to the throttle body disconnected due to the clamps being loose. A few days earlier, I had a throttle body service performed at another DFW Ford dealership. A major issue with the evap tube attachment being broken was also discovered. Both issues caused by the earlier service. With the clamps tightened, I was back on the road to the DFW dealer in less than 30 minutes, at no charge. Fortunately, I was able to complete my trip early the next day. Thanks to Johnny and the crew at Bill Utter Ford for working in this stranded traveler and creating a much needed first rate customer experience. More

Compassionate, Helpful, informative, I used their collision department to repair my car and they were so kind and caring right from the beginning of the first phone call. Positive changes - Remodel and Great Service Tech I was very unhappy with my previous visit which kept me away for an extended amount of time. However, this time around, I was presently surprised by I was very unhappy with my previous visit which kept me away for an extended amount of time. However, this time around, I was presently surprised by the changes. The most important was my Service Technician, Ryan Davidson. In addition to taking care of some basic services, he was able to diagnose and repair an ongoing issue with the front suspension of my F-150. Not only did he do an excellent job of communicating the progress with me, I was able to observe how much effort he was putting in through the huge observation windows that were installed since my last visit. To cap it off I received a much appreciated military discount. Thank you! More
