Very good except for the long wait for the tech. Arrived at 9am for my 9:30 appointment to have my on computer updated from a 2.2 to a 3.0 so I could updated my navigation system. He did not know but would make a call and find out what the hold up was. He informed me that the person that does the updates was delayed at another dealership and would be there around 12pm. The update was completed at 1pm. Ford never notified my that I had to update my computer system from a 2.2 to a 3.0. There should be a better way to do it rather than saying the tech will be here between 10 and 10:30 but no guarantee he will be there on time. You just have to take you chances he will even show up. Needless to say I was pissed for the long wait even when I had an appointment. More

Gave me a time of my expected visit and then directed me to the lounge area where it is very comfortable and impressive. 90 minutes later I'm in my car and leaving with the problem repaired. Very good experience. If it had not been I would have also explained why. More
