Miscommunication - on the fence about recommendations Experienced communication issues that did not leave us with a great experience. We were advised at a previous service that repairs were needed on the Experienced communication issues that did not leave us with a great experience. We were advised at a previous service that repairs were needed on the rear suspension. Work was authorized and completed as expected - we were also advised that new tires were recommended and an alignment was needed after the tires were installed and would be included as part of the suspension repair. I let the Service Manager know that I was electing to purchase the tires at our regular tire shop and would be back for the alignment. We had the tires replaced at our usual tire shop - and took the Ford in for alignment and were advised that since we bought the tires elsewhere, the inclusion of the cost for alignment would not be honored. Never heard that when we were working thru the process and we were disappointed with the end result. Clearer communication would be appreciated. More

From previous experience, my wife knew that she would receive excellent treatment at BUF so she was not hesitant at all to go solo for an update issue From previous experience, my wife knew that she would receive excellent treatment at BUF so she was not hesitant at all to go solo for an update issue she was having with her Expedition. She came hope just bubbling about her experience from the service writer to the receptionist to the shuttle driver. Always have and always will trust BUF to provide outstanding customer service.
