Super service, Above and Beyond Carina Thompson was our service rep when we arrived. We had 3 requests. Regular service, GPS was having a glitch, and a slight vibration in the front Carina Thompson was our service rep when we arrived. We had 3 requests. Regular service, GPS was having a glitch, and a slight vibration in the front right. During the servicing and diagnosis, she kept us well informed what was happening. Service was completed, vibration figured out, bad news was the GPS. It would need a new interface card and the repair could run up to $1,000+. Carina offered to advocate for us with Ford to see if they would help even though out of warranty. It took a week, but she got Ford to cover all but $150. She did not have to do that for us, and that is setting a level of customer support not found in many industries nowadays. Thank you Carina, and Bill Utter for recruiting and hiring her! I took my tire in because of a slow leaked. Young man could not find one and replaced the valve stem for $20.00. I left and immediately had slow leak. Returned a couple days later after not driving car could not find one and replaced the valve stem for $20.00. I left and immediately had slow leak. Returned a couple days later after not driving car and I ended up replacing tire because a nail was in side wall. Wasted $20 on a bad diagnosis, and was quoted the most expensive tire which was a ridiculous suggestion since only one tire was being replaced. All round displeased in every level with recent service. More
