The loaner car department was very understanding and provided me with a larger loaner car than planned due to the bad weather and them having one available. My only issue was not with the service center, but with whoever makes the decision to fix or not fix issues found on used cars sold by Bill Utter. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Yaris with very low mileage. It had 3 issues that were not realized until we got the car home and drove it a little. 1) the drive belt started making a horrible squeal at startup, but this was resolved by Kyle and the service department, 2) the weather stripping on the top of the car came flapping off during a car wash, also resolved by service, and 3) the front bumper on the passenger side seems to be missing a clip or something as it is sticking out, NOT resolved by service. I bought and test drove the car at night, and I picked up the car at night after purchase. It wasn't until the next 2 days I realized the bumper issue. At the time I was going out of town for work, then again for spring break. The car was not driven much at all due to this, but I brought the car in as soon as I returned from being out of town, only to find out that the dealership would not resolve the bumper clip issue. I am aware that I did not buy a bumper to bumper warranty, however, something like this should be fixed by the dealership. More

Mixed Bag Given the reoccurring track record of the two issues that I keep having to bring my F-150 in for service for, I would have mixed expectations about br Given the reoccurring track record of the two issues that I keep having to bring my F-150 in for service for, I would have mixed expectations about bringing my F-150 in for anything major. I have completely lost confidence in the moon roof/cover. Twice now, the rods and or other components have broken effectively jamming the moon roof (thankfully both times, jammed in the closed position). And while on my last visit - they again replaced the rods/guide arms –now whenever the truck goes over rough pavement, the replaced parts rattle. As for the other issue, when unlocking the vehicle with the one touch system, the passenger rear view mirror intermittently cycles upon entry and continues to do so for about one minute. After if finally does stop cycling, the mirror then has to be adjusted to provide a safe view. Doesn't do it every time, but often enough that I am concerned that eventually the motor will burn out. On my last visit - the technicians were unable to observe this taking place, and therefore took no action. And so I asked the question - What would have been the next step if they were able to observe this happening (I have video of when it has happened for me) the problem? Perhaps ohm out some parts of the system? Anyway, none of that was done, and I was told the reason why is because it would be a warranty issue, and without knowing exactly what the problem is there’s a chance that the wrong part would be replaced and subsequently, Bill Utter Ford would possibly not be reimbursed for any repairs. I definitely understand the risk for blindly replacing parts, but my assumption was that there would be other troubleshooting processes in place, other than only relying on a visual observation, to avoid changing parts unnecessarily. That said, I wonder what the action would have been if my vehicle was no longer covered by warranty and it was my money that would be on the table. Thankfully, I don't have any major issues (meaning not drive train related) with my 2017 F-150. Overall, very satisfied with the F-150 product off the line. More

I felt very welcomed and the entire staff was so friendly. Eddie effectively explained recommended preventive maintenance for long health on my car which I will continue to follow up on. Oil change Don Swift was my service advisor and he was top notch. He even took me to the garage to show me the air filter assembly that had to be replaced on my Don Swift was my service advisor and he was top notch. I have used Bill Utter for many years for service on different vehicles and have always just used whichever advisor answered the phone or checked me in, but I will definitely be speaking directly to Don going forward.
