Unfortunately, I haven’t had a great experience. Last year I had to take my car in and y’all had it for 6 weeks. During that time, I was the one calling you to get updates. When I first brought it in, I year I had to take my car in and y’all had it for 6 weeks. During that time, I was the one calling you to get updates. When I first brought it in, I sat at the dealership for 3 hours before anyone came to me to update me. And I was actually the one to go look for my service manager to figure out what was going on. Then I recently came in for a recall notice. I left and started getting a message about the engine. I brought it back and was told everything was fine, they just needed to clear the message. I continued to get the same message and not too long after I had to tow my car in and get the engine replaced. It happened on a Friday. The following week, I again had to call and get an update on my car because my service manager did not call me at all. After that conversation she called me once for another update. After that call, it had been 3 weeks since before getting a call/update. In my opinion, it’s not my job to call you for an updated, it’s yours. And I shouldn’t have to go 3 weeks without hearing from someone. Quite frankly, this car has given me nothing but trouble. I feel like every time I leave the dealership, something else needs to be fixed. I’m so done with this car and would love to be able to turn it in early and part ways with it. More
