I am always disappointed service advisors are so slow You drive in to the service bay and it may take 10 minutes or more for a service advisor to come out and see what you need. Then it is like they are You drive in to the service bay and it may take 10 minutes or more for a service advisor to come out and see what you need. On at least one occasion I waited for 15 minutes and no one came out although there were at least 5 people looking out and acting as if they had nothing to do. More

Overall,’my issue was resolved. I did leave instructions when I dropped off my vehicle to wash it upon pick up. When I picked up my vehicle, it was not washed.
