Purchased without stepping into dealership! My car was totaled out, so I was in the market for a new truck. I wasn't planning on buying anything for another year or so. I was sent a text message about 30 minutes later letting me know someone would be in contact first thing in the morning because they were already closed. About 9:00AM the next day Elante sent me a message, and worked with me over that day. He was transparent, and made the process great - especially for not having to step foot in the dealership. When we agreed on everything, he said he would get it setup to where I would be in and out quickly. He asked when I was going to be there, and when I showed up he walked me straight to Mike in Finance, and I was there for no more than 20 minutes. When I was done there, Elante showed me a few features on my new Truck, and off I was - I wasn't in the dealership more than 45 minutes. A truly great experience. More
