Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.

Dealership wants me to leave my truck for a week and a half before they can look at it. even longer if part is needed. What a waste of time as I had made an app. Blamed it on mechanic shortage as one reas half before they can look at it. even longer if part is needed. This is the second time I had issue with this dealer ship. Seems like they don't want to mess with it unless you bought from them, just my thoughts. More

Went Bill Utter Ford for service on my Ford Edge at the recommendation of several friends. Most likely one of the busiest times, Monday morning, when they open without an appointment. I was welcomed and treated beyond my expectations by everyone I came in contact. Thankfully my problem was not major and was not taken advantage by service department.
