Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. 5 STAR PLUS FOR THIS GROUP Extremely disappointed with Stan Pack Ford Country service department over last several years, I called Bill Utter expecting the same runaround - Much Extremely disappointed with Stan Pack Ford Country service department over last several years, I called Bill Utter expecting the same runaround - Much to my surprise It was a full 180 turn around for me. Rob Capule treated me as an important person. He was respectful, precise, gracious and I am still in awe of how well my problems mattered and were handled extremely timely. Then John Mays with Enterprise was also extremely accommodating and my troubles were all taken away. Bill Utter should be most proud of his team - They are above par! Thank you so much. Bill Utter Service Dept. I took my F250 Diesel in to get the trans fluid changed. Landon was very informative and the work was done quickly, even though they had all working I took my F250 Diesel in to get the trans fluid changed.
