Service theft Sent my truck in for air conditioning service. Went to pick it up and they said it needed over a thousand dollars in brake repair and that it could n Sent my truck in for air conditioning service. Went to pick it up and they said it needed over a thousand dollars in brake repair and that it could not be driven. I had it towed to brakes plus and they fixed it for $401 including the tow. It took two weeks for Bill Utter to figure out they did not know how to repair a brake line. I had to call other dealerships for Bill Utter to realize it could be repaired. If they would have had it their way I would have sold them my truck for way less than it was worth and financed a new truck. More
