Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.

2 1/2 hour plus oil change I was told my service writer it would take hour. It was at least 45 minutes before my vehicle was pulled into the bay directly by the window In the wa I was told my service writer it would take hour. It was at least 45 minutes before my vehicle was pulled into the bay directly by the window In the waiting area. It was at least an hour before my service writer came out and told me they were working on it. Then I was told I needed a new air filter and cabin filter. It then sat for thirty minutes before they did.anything else. While observing thru the window, there was a lot of horse play, talking, standing g around doing nothing or on their phones, by many of the technicians. I finally had enough and stated asking questions. Needless to say I was there almost theee hours for something I was told would take an hour. I am extremely disappointed in the service received, and it fills me with dread to have to come back for future service. More

Good but not as good as a few years ago Service times are longer since the service bay was redone. Staff that meets you when you drive in are not as helpful as they were 2-3 years back.
