Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. I went to Bill Utter Ford in Denton because of their stellar reputation. Jason Robinson was my salesperson, and boy was I pleased with his knowledge, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. He listened to what I wanted, and immediately had me test driving the exact trucks I was interested in. Jason didn't waste any time trying to "upsell" me on a higher trim. He kept it simple, thoroughly answered all my questions, and wasn't pushy in the least. I was very satisfied with the price and trade-in value offered. I've bought many new/used vehicles in my time, and this was easily the best experience I've ever had. Hopefully I won't be purchasing another vehicle for many many years, but when I do, I'll go back to Bill Utter Ford and ask for Jason Robinson. More

Service was great as usual, except for one detail So far, I have had entirely positive experiences in regard to servicing my 2013 Ford Focus at Bill Utter Ford, and Danny Morris offered great customer So far, I have had entirely positive experiences in regard to servicing my 2013 Ford Focus at Bill Utter Ford, and Danny Morris offered great customer service, with which I was quite pleased. This time, I got a transmission module replaced (still under warranty), oil change, and a new battery. The only complaint I have is that I think I may have received a 26-point inspection instead of a 27-point inspection, because just a few days after having my car returned to me, my low tire pressure warning went off inside my car. I put air in my tires for free at a Quik Stop, so it wasn't a big deal, but I think that was supposed to happen while my car was at Bill Utter Ford. But hey, everybody slips up sometimes. I'm happy I haven't had any major problems with my car thus far, and I make sure to keep it well maintained. More
