Amazing Sales Rep I've had my truck for about a month and a half now, and I could not be more happy with my purchase. After my first test drive, I obviously fell in lov I've had my truck for about a month and a half now, and I could not be more happy with my purchase. After my first test drive, I obviously fell in love with the truck. However, I wasn't able to get to my certain monthly payment. So the deal wasn't made during my first visit. A week went by, with no haggling or "harassment" from Quincy (my sales rep). I thought I was still in the search for a different truck. Quincy respectfully reached out to me, asking how he could help me out. I told him straight up where I needed to be, within an hour Quincy let me know that he got me where I needed to be which also included an extended warranty! I feel like a stole the truck, which is every buyers dream! There was even a dent in the front bumper that Bill Utter Ford replaced for me, complementary of my purchase. Even after my plates came in, Quincy met me in main lobby asking if I needed my plates installed. Extremely impressed. Thanks you Quincy Alonzo for outstanding service! My experience with the service group has always been pleasant except for the recent one. My interaction with Mr. Dillon was not good. He made it sound like I had to pay a dollar for someone to even look pleasant except for the recent one. My interaction with Mr. Dillon was not good. He made it sound like I had to pay a dollar for someone to even look at the vehicle. I was not impressed with the manager John either, who didn’t even acknowledge that I wanted to talk to him. Finally, I decided to share my concern with the quick lane Manager Ryan, who was very polite and listened to my concerns and checked the vehicle and also explained in detail what he thought I should do in future. Ryan used to be a tech and had worked on my vehicle in the past and I felt like I could trust him. Very sad to see that folks like Mr. Dillon in auto service are so money driven, they forget to build trust and almost dont know how to interact with customers. A message for the service Dept: “We live in DFW and there are many auto shops for us to choose”. You have a choice how you interact and communicate with customers. I will glad to provide more detailed feedback if you need one. If this pattern continues, I will definitely consider other shops. More
