2 1/2 hours for oil change & tire rotation, there was a lot of confusion at the service desk. My vehicle sat right in front of them for over an hour before it was touched. internet vehicle purchase They had the vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. I live out of state and normally would have flown to Dallas and driven the car home. Unfortunately the coronavirus situation didn't allow that. So the salesman, Adam Russell, went out of his way to ensure I had all the vehicle information available for me to make an informed decision. The dealership identified a lender with favorable loan terms and provide contact information for me. They also provided a contact for a vehicle transport company so that I could negotiate a delivery schedule. Every contact with the dealership was professional and courteous. No high pressure, no "run-around". I wish every vehicle purchase went this smoothly! Thanks again to Adam and the entire team at Bill Utter Ford. More

When the car is stopped, lights go out after timeout as expected On Manual: on/off now works -no longer intermittent Auto Lights are tied into several points, including a sensor in the wiper motor (of all things) - I've replaced TWO so far over the years not due to the motor itself. I asked for Don to discuss with he service Manager, and no response yet. More
